Diploma for Residential Childcare
This course is designed for Residential Support Workers, Senior Support Workers and Team Leaders. This qualification is a mandatory requirement under the Children’s Homes Regulations (2015) and must be completed within two years of starting your first children’s residential role.

Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare
This course is designed for Registered Managers, Deputy Managers, or those aspiring to these roles. This qualification is a mandatory requirement under the Children’s Homes Regulations (2015) and must be completed within three years of starting your first children’s residential Registered Manager role.
Level 7
Diploma in Strategic Leadership and Management
This course is designed for Registered Managers aiming to progress to operational roles, as well as Responsible Individuals and Organisation Directors. It focuses on developing strategic management and leadership skills for those overseeing multiple services or driving organisational improvement.
